Richard Parker - TEi Director

Richard Parker, General Manager 

Richard discovered his passion for manufacturing as a young drawing office print boy in Tasmania. Over his career Richard has contributed to projects as diverse as Bass Strait drilling platforms to the Townsville Hospital Development in 1999.

A passionate advocate for regional communities, Richard loves to share his enthusiasm for manufacturing skills development as a regular contributor to industry panels with the goal to encourage further insight innovation, diversity and sustainability of the industry. Richard ardently believes the growth of his people assures the growth and sustainability of the TEi Services brand.


Adam Packer, TEi

Adam Packer, Business Development Manager

Adam began his career as a boiler maker apprentice at TEi Services more than twenty years ago. Since then, Adam gained WTIA International Welding Inspector and Supervisor certification and has led the growth and expansion of TEi services internationally, across traditional and emerging sectors.

Acknowledged as a mentor in his field, Adam is focused on driving the modernisation of TEi Services to continue to exceed client expectations long into the future. He is also a fierce advocate for exceptional apprentice training and is invested in building TEi Services’ Apprenticeship Program.


Jarrod Casey, TEi

Jarrod Casey, Projects Manager

Jarrod launched his career a decade ago at TEi Services as a university graduate. Jarrod is now a highly skilled civil construction engineer and project manager with extensive experience supporting TEi Services international clients.

Jarrod’s experience includes major infrastructure projects including the Cungulla Reservoir Tower Upgrade and Paluma Dam Wall Upgrade. His long-term focus is to stay at the forefront of project delivery practices for the benefit of our clients.


Carl Adair, TEi Services

Carl Adair, Business Development

Carl is a skilled Project Engineer and Manager began his career working on various drafting and design contracts in the United Kingdom some forty years ago.

Carls understanding of complex engineering and design projects within manufacturing and mining attribute to his successful career to date. His ability to manage projects, people and research while keeping client relations at the forefront has seen him grow professionally over the years, working with various leading Australian Engineering companies. 

2018 saw Carl relocated to Townsville to be closer to his family. Carl found synergy at TEi Services, taking on a Business Development role where he could apply his broad industry knowledge to client focused services and solutions.
